Team-Building Empathy Exercises

Team-Building Empathy Exercises | Unstick Your Stories Using Visuals | Scoop.it

Empathy can play a valued role in the workplace with colleagues and with customers. When employees have the emotional ability to put themselves in others’ places, they may deal with sensitive issues sensitively.

Empathy is a foundation for productive communication and relationship building. Team building can guide employees toward examining and identifying their emotions and those of their teammates. Empathy is a first cousin of compassion, the exhibition of which can promote an emotionally healthy work culture.

Zite searches show some fascinating regional differences | Unstick Your Stories Using Visuals | Scoop.it

Today, Zite shared some data about the terms users select to seed the app. They've broken it down by state, and the results are interesting. It's clear the US is not homogeneous in interests -- that's obvious to most of us -- but it's really clear in the Zite data.

Bridesmaid Comes To Wedding… On An iPad | Bit Rebels

Bridesmaid Comes To Wedding… On An iPad | Bit Rebels | Unstick Your Stories Using Visuals | Scoop.it

We did this at my cousins wedding this summer--- brought my parents in on Skype on the ipad. It was a great way to let them feel like they were able to attend, even though they were 3000 miles away.

====================

Well, I guess that’s one way to get the entire world to see your wedding video. When did buying an iPad, a webcam, and getting it all set up become cheaper than flying from Virginia to Denver anyway?
