This holiday season, I hope that you can hit the pause button, to slow down, rest and relish in the gratitude of all that you have.

HIt the pause button!  Feel more creative and replenished!  Five inspiring ideas:

 

  1. Begin and conclude each day reading inspiring quotes and then sit and think about them.
  2. Get some fresh air; go outside!
  3. Power down; take at least 1 day each week with with NO SCREENS.
  4. Take a long nap -- 2 full hours if you can.
  5. Reflect; write anything down that you've learned in the past week.  How can you move forward?  Is there anything holding you back?
