This guy really, really has it right.  Everybody could do what he does. Maybe not to the degree, but certainly in substance.  He's right about something else too.  It's easy to become an ass-hole and not even know it until it's too late.

I know you can already handle common sales objections. I'm merely suggesting a way you can do it better. So it feels more natural and comfortable, like you are their best friend.

this is very good advice.  Dealing with sales objections can feel awkward.  Here's a system for handling objections in an authentic way.  NOT CHEESY!  You may find you do some of these things innately - but it's great to have a 1-2-3 way to think about it.
