Since it has a narrowed-tip nozzle, the high water pressure is developed as a high powered jet stream of water which is potent enough to pierce through metal. That amount of pressure is lethal, that is why water cutting is usually carried out underwater.

Depending on the situation, you can choose between high pressure water jetting, or the strong UHP water jetting (ultra high pressure water jetting). With its very potent jet made possible by the narrowed-tip nozzle which channels a very high-pressured flow of water, it can even sink into metals.
