1) Bench Press
    5x8-12

2) Incline Barbell Press
    5x10-12

3) Dumbbell Flyes
    5x10-12

4) Parallel Bar Dips
    5x12

5) Dumbbell Pullovers
    5x12-15

6) Cable Crossovers
    5x12-15


“He did not necessarily do them in this order, if he felt that an area in his chest did not match up to the rest of his chest, he’d train that area first. The 7x Mr.Olympia would do 20-25 sets choosing from the listed exercises.”

Arnold was a big advocate of high volume training. His training philosophy included hitting a muscle from multiple angles, and train a weak  area first when his energy levels.was its peak.
