the body has a internel clock that tells us when we are tired

many teens internl clock gets pulled off track because of the change in their bodys

to many clubs

turn off or take tv out of room 

wake them up with sunlight

turn the lights low before bed time  

dont let them text at night

could be meds or other probloms.

tips for a tired teen

teens need 9 houres of sleep

ask them to shift the responsibility

tell them to turn off the tv or laptop  screens

get them a alarmclock that simulates the sun when it goes off

dont let them sleep in on the weekends
