11 more trucking companies have been shut down in 2013. Develop a plan or a course of action, The FMCSA is cracking down. The day of enforcing corrective action after the fact is long gone. Be proactive in how you conduct daily business. i.e. CSA. Ask me about the infinit-i web based training program. Many others have and the ROI is limitless.
