Survey finds grade inflation continues to rise at four-year colleges, but not at community college

Survey finds grade inflation continues to rise at four-year colleges, but not at community college | TRENDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION | Scoop.it

Amanda Eve Avila's curator insight, April 5, 3:12 AM
In the article, “Grade Inflation, Higher and Higher” I learned how the grade inflation has increased in the past decades. Grades have been for the most part at a consistent rate but the increase in A’s gone up tremendously. In the graphs shown it shows the years with the grades. You could clearly see the increase of A’s in each chart. This was interesting to me because I never thought about grade inflation. This article made me realize how grade inflation is happening and will most likely increase in the next years. The graphs were helpful to understand the grade inflation throughout the years. This article was interesting and I am glad I got the opportunity to read it.

Carlos Fosca's curator insight, May 12, 9:36 AM
