Starting any business is a great leap of faith, and with everything usually on the line, stress can become a negative factor that may prevent a business owner from succeeding with the new enterprise.

The major stress that impacts on new business owners, is the stress associated with the level of uncertainty involved, and learning how to cope with this particular stressor, is an important step on the road to success.

This excellent article, suggests that experienced entrepreneurs think and act in ways that virtually negate the stress of uncertainty, and it identifies four ways that experienced entrepreneurs go about negating the stress associated with uncertainty.

Concetti semplici...ma mai banali

donhornsby's curator insight, February 15, 2013 7:53 AM

(From the article): The world is more complex than ever before, and yet what customers often respond to best is simplicity — in design, form, and function. Taking complex projects, challenges, and ideas and distilling them to their simplest components allows customers, staff, and other stakeholders to better understand and buy into your vision. We humans all crave simplicity, and so today's leader must be focused and deliver simplicity.

youga fally mbengue's comment, February 12, 2013 5:23 AM
Hello. My name is Youga Fally Mbengue. I am Senegalese, 30 years old. I have discovered this wieb site and I see that I have found what I was loooking for. I followed English studies and I graduated in 2009 in American Literature and Civilization. Since 2009, I have been unemployed because of this wrong governmental system. For 4 years I have been looking for a job, in vain. I come now to discover to web site, I read the testimonial of successful work partners and I became convince by the possibilities you offer.
I am among the rarest Senegalese people who master the English Language and who are aware of the worldwide technological development. My love for the English Language, My lust for a job, and my understanding of the new world order are my assets to work with you.
I confess, I have no experience in Marketing, or Sale and I have never had a bank account but I really wish to work with you nomatter how. I send you attached the scanned copy of my passport to prove my words and make sure that I am not a scammer as there are in African countries.
I need someone to guide me step by step, hoping that I will be the first Senegalese to ever become a millionnaire working online.
Thank you for your assistance.
