BelizeNet.com's insight:
"I would like to take the opportunity to announce a rather new exciting addition to our existing airlift. As of December 21st, 2013, Delta Airlines will commence its year round non-stop service from Los Angeles to Belize City round trip. This service will be bookable as of May 25th and will make available 693 new seats to Belize each month. In the first instance this flight will be weekly on Saturdays but will give us the long sought after non-stop West Coast service. What is more it will allow for one stop same day service to Asia and Australia. Delete the scoop?

Inland Belize to the Cayes is a very popular tourist route. Many island seeking travellers who are coming to Belize from Mexico and Guatemala skip inland locales and head straight to the beaches of Caye Caulker or Ambergris Caye. The Cayes can be easily reached using Belize City as the focal point as there are two highly dependable water taxi services that leave every one to two hours. Delete the scoop?
