When it comes to buying shoes, very little has changed over the last few decades.  


That could all be about to change with a brilliant new installation that has been making its way around busy German train stations, allowing users to try on shoes virtually while on the go. It creates an augmented reality version of you which appears on screens wearing shoes and it is all powered by Microsoft Kinect.
