A Must Have App Evaluation Rubric for Teachers

A Must Have App Evaluation Rubric for Teachers | Transliteracy & eLearning | Scoop.it

The choice of which apps to use with your students in the classroom is not an easy one. It ,in fact , calls for a lot of attention from the part of the teacher. You are responsible for your students learning and this responsibility grows riskier when learning becomes digitally based. This is particularly the case when integrating apps into your teaching.

A Must See Chart on SAMR Model and iPad Teaching ~ Educational Technology and Mobile Learning

A Must See Chart on SAMR Model and iPad Teaching ~ Educational Technology and Mobile Learning | Transliteracy & eLearning | Scoop.it

"Technology integration in instruction is a process that starts with setting out clearly defined objectives and ends with assessing learning outcomes against these objectives, and all along the way several tools and strategies are employed to attend to the overall performance of this process. Hence, the first question teachers need to ponder when thinking about using technology in class is not what kind of technology to use but what do they want to achieve behind using this technology? On a deeper level, they need to find answers to questions such as: Does this technology constitute a a good addition to the learning task ?  Can the same learning task be performed without using technology? These and several other questions  should come to the forefront when you start planning a technology-based learning activity.

"

How to Email Multiple Attachments on iPhone and iPad - GottaBeMobile

How to Email Multiple Attachments on iPhone and iPad - GottaBeMobile | Transliteracy & eLearning | Scoop.it

"Sending attachments via email is practically second nature for most computer users. Create a set of documents that need to be distributed to your colleagues an off they go as attachments. On desktops and laptops its easy to send multiple attachments. On Android and Windows Phone devices you can also easily attach multiple files to an email. On the iPhone and the iPad, not so much.

In iOS, sending multiple attachments in an email is not something for the faint of heart. The word cumbersome gets new meaning when applied to this process. In fact, for those who like or need to quickly send multiple attachments on an iOS device the lack of an easy way to do this is enough to make you wonder where all the talk about iOS devices being used for business and the enterprise comes from."
