Everyone mediates sometime, although we may not think of it as mediation. However, if you ever spend time with children, friends, or working groups, you have likely mediated in one way or another. This workshop will provide you with skills to create empathic connection between conflicting parties resulting in mutually satisfying resolutions.
* Nonviolent Communication is a communication methodology developed by Marshall Rosenberg PhD, in the mid-1960s. See www.cnvc.org
