The Work and Pensions Secretary claimed that "child poverty rose" under Labour; it fell by 800,000.
This is my insight using CEC thinking routines. I had always expected government officials to deal with the problem of poverty. But in this article, it stated that what the government did was to only redefine the meaning of poverty so as to reduce the number of people in poverty. I think that there will definitely be a backlash but i commend the efforts of the government.
