The insane comedy series Hokuro Kayodai — Full Throttle! (Mole Brothers) came out a few years ago, and watching it is basically like putting your brain in the blender. The show, created by Katsuhito Ishii, is insanely funny and weird, from the constant punching and close-up sweat faces, to the anime parodies which include at one point a flying space anus. Luckily there are subtitles, but unless you are fluent in Japanese and (more importantly) all the pop culture references they're hurling around, you are probably missing at least half the jokes. It's testimony to the show's bizarro charm that you can still enjoy it despite what's lost in translation.... Delete the scoop?
