The life of super ballet star Rudolf Nureyev, produced by Andris Leipa was the subject of the festival’s closing movie, and , self-development and corporate coach Nicole Petschek’s powerfully motivating closing speech inspired the mainly Russian audience to put their personal goal posts as high into the stars as Rudolf Nurevey did when he was known for his sky reaching jumps .
Nicole was presented with a memento of thanks for her energetic speech during the closing gala cocktail party at the Salle Excelsior of the Hermitage Hotel.
So you’ve thought about your goals, written them down and maybe even written an action plan. Now what? You just wait and the universe will deliver?
Wrong! The most important step in setting and achieving your goals is creating a neural coherence pattern. It sounds a bit scientific, but all developing a “neural coherence pattern” entails, is aligning what you want in your conscious mind with what you think and believe in your subconscious mind. In order to implement your written goals you put your heart and soul into getting down on paper, you need to align your subconscious and conscious thoughts.
When your subconscious and conscious are in sync, you build a neural coherence pattern and start working towards what you really want with very little effort.

The archive, released through the Nasa-funded Lunar And Planetary Institute, shows both famous photos of Apollo 11 and everyday work for the astronauts in other missions.
This time 45 years ago, three Americans were orbiting the moon in the Apollo 8 space craft - the furthest from the Earth that any man had ever gone - and were paving the way for humanity's first successful mission to another celestial body. Astronauts Frank Borman, James Lovell and William Anders even read sections of the Book of Genesis as part of a Christmas Eve television broadcast. They were the first to photograph the Earth from far away and the moon up close - also capturing the now-famous 'Earthrise' photo while in lunar orbit.
Now Nasa has released more than 17,000 photos from the 33 Apollo astronauts who made it into space for the lunar missions, including the 12 men who set foot on the moon's surface.
An in-depth conversation with Richard Bandler, co-developer of NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Welcome to a special Leadership Channel podcast on TotalPicture Radio, with Peter Clayton reporting...
Questions Peter Clayton Asks Richard Bandler:
Richard, thank you for speaking with me today. Perhaps we could start with a definition of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. What is it?
In the introduction to your book you say, "Very simply, this is a process of teaching people to think differently." Could you elaborate on that statement a bit for our listeners?
> PART ONE:
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR OWN BRAIN seems to be the critical foundation for all the lessons you introduce in the other three parts.
I know that Neuro-Leadership has been an important recent development in business leadership, and I'm attending the NeuroLeadership Summit next month in Boston -- so there is science behind much of what you've been writing about for years.
In your new book, you write about changing your neurochemistry.
I think our listeners would be very interested in knowing more about the link between neurology and "getting the life you want".
Tell us how you think the reader can best learn from your book.
Getting the most out of the book is not just a matter of quickly reading through each section.
You talk about the best conditions and approach that can make learning from the book most effective fro creating lasting change. Describe this process a bit.
After getting that essential foundation from Part One, can the reader go directly to the sections that are most relevant to him or her?
For example, in today's economy and job market, getting laid off has been devastating to so many people.
You give some valuable strategies for helping people recover and move on with their lives.
I was also moved by your own account of physical recovery.
Your strategies for preparing for a job interview and making presentations will also be especially helpful for all the people looking for jobs in this market.
Can you talk a bit more about these key issues?
A lot of the success of these strategies relates to attitude, doesn't it?
What haven't I asked that you think it's important to know?
Diversifying your income, or adding multiple income streams, is a great way to protect yourself in a down economy. If you lose one source of income, you can simply turn to another to get you through hard times.
My quest to diversify my income has gone beyond the financial protection aspect — I actually enjoy it. I’ve experimented with several income producing methods: everything from working two day jobs to freelancing to building my own products.
But I’ve never found that one thing that just hooks me. So, I continue to experiment. And because of this, I’ve now built up multiple (albeit small) income streams from activities I enjoy.
If you’re looking to build multiple streams of income, but don’t know where to start, let me break it down for you. Here are three sources of income anyone can obtain:
3 Must-Have Income Streams1. Your Day Job
Source number one is your day job. This is something you picked by 1) getting a degree or 2) applying for, so I’m hoping you’re happy with it. Your day job is going to be your most stable form of income (at least in the beginning), so you should definitely keep it.
Try paying all of expenses with your day job income, so you can put sources number two and three to work for you.
2. Your Side Hustle
My favorite source of income is the side hustle. You control what you do, how much work you put in, and to some degree, your level of success.
Here are the requisites for picking a side hustle:
You enjoy it (a must!)You’re good at itYou can make money with it
Remember: This is a mini business you’re creating in your free time. You absolutely must enjoy doing this — or it won’t work out.
Unfortunately, it would take several posts for me to cover the ins and outs of getting your side hustle up and running. But take it from me: The hardest part is getting started. Once you start, everything else will come naturally.
And just in case you’re stumped for ideas, here are a few:
Walking dogsBabysittingReselling items on Amazon, eBay, etc.Painting housesFreelance writingConsultingTeaching or tutoring
Keep in mind that what you enjoy doing and what I enjoy doing are different. Research and experiment until you find a profitable side hustle.
3. Your Passive Income Pursuits
The almighty passive income is what most people strive for. According to Wikipedia, passive income is an income received on a regular basis, with little effort required to maintain it. It is closely related to the concept of “unearned income.”
Your passive income could come from investing in the stock market, owning rental properties, or selling digital products.
Not all of these income streams are as passive as they seem, however. Let’s look at real estate. If you find a positive cash flow rental property, you’re still going to have to find tenants, deal with them, and handle maintenance and repair issues. Or, you could hire a property management company to do this for you, thereby making this a bit more passive.
How diversified are you? These three sources of income can be achieved by anybody. Hard work and determination will be required — but the earlier you get started, the sooner you’ll be able to enjoy the rewards.
Happy Holidays to everyone... find the joy to celebrate... it will amplify... I am Nicole Petschek and I adore sharing tips that deliver results. We are all entitled to all we want... all we have to do is create it in our minds. What we first see inside our minds becomes reality. See it inside and then you will believe your creative power when you see what you have manifested.
CHRISTMAS IS OVER… HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE AND OFFER HEARTFELT GIFTS. Now is the time for you to give yourself your own gift. Take a few hours of “MY TIME” to create in pictures your own pictorial wish list for 2015. I hope you have desires and wishes in all sectors of your life. Health, Relationships, financial abundance. Make a board for each sector. Create it as representative as possible… Lose yourself in your imagination as you are on your own creative journey while you make your vision board Then photograph your finished vision boards. And put the photos in as many places as you can think of where your eyes will see those 3 vision boards... Either consciously or unconsciously.
If you want to tweak them and update them throughout the year... go ahead… But look at them every day for a few moments and dive into your visions boards as if they had already manifested…
You are planting the seeds for what you want the earth; divine intelligence. Collective unconsciousness. . Call it what you want... But it will get to work for you and deliver...

Will playing life straight, finishing what we start and being "yes men" help us achieve our goals? Counterintuitively, entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs and Seth Godin achieved great things by doing the opposite of what we are told.
