Travelers are generally pleased with the customer service they're getting from online travel agencies, according to a customer satisfaction survey released Tuesday. Online travel agencies' customer satisfaction score totaled 78, unchanged from a year ago, says the American Customer Satisfaction Index's annual e-Commerce report.
