L'Italia ha un prodotto turistico d'eccellenza ma fermo da 30 anni - commenta Josep Ejarque (nella foto), d.g. di Explora -: nel frattempo il mercato è cambiato, quindi dobbiamo lavorare nell'ottica del dopo Expo creando una proposta che ci permetta di posizionarci su segmenti di mercato diversi". Il punto di partenza, sottolinea Franco Iseppi, presidente del Tci, "è capire che il viaggiatore di oggi non simuove più sulla base di un unico motivo ma con una gerarchia di bisogni da soddisfare sullo stesso territorio". Nel caso di Milano, concorda Franco D'Alfonso, assessore al Turismo del comune di Milano, "si deve puntare sulla creatività a 360 gradi, perchè non c'è una caratteristica unica che possa fare da elemento trainante.
