Someone asked the question on Quora where they took a picture of the Google front page and asked which SEO company would be better. Those who rank for SEO terms on the front page organically or those that pay for it.

The answer is it is those that rank organically hands down since ranking organically IS SEO.

A.J. Chambers's answer: What I would suggest is creating a page for every city, but in a very specialized manner.

Silos are a great website structure for dealing with multiple cities in a controlled and organized way.
