Phookas are evil creatures from the Realms of Fae.
Phooka is a shapeshifter, sometimes considered a kobold of sorts.
It tends towards assuming a shape with intention to terrify.
Shapeshifting is most commonly in the shape of an animal, with dark/black fur.
Can be humanoid in form.
Terrifying humans is most likely for amusement, for they do not cause outright harm and have been known to offer advice/help on some occasions.
