You want the holidays to go smoothly but many things can cause stress levels to go into overdrive. Here's a great way to reduce stress by breathing.

This weekend will see many of us battling the crowds trying to find just the right gifts. Over-stimulation due to the crowds and extra loud holiday music may leave you feeling less that festive.
Anyway, there might not be much holiday spirit going round and rather than feeling overwhelmed and irritable use this magic breathing technique to calm down, regroup and focus on the that hot chocolate and Christmas cookie waiting for you at home.
By the way, did you know that stores play their piped music louder during the holiday season? I saw that on GMA this morning - apparently it causes over-stimulation which makes us more likely to impulse buy - so sneaky!
