- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, divided
- 4 oz fresh basil, divided {don’t skimp here}
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup walnuts, toasted
- 3 oz Gorgonzola, broken into chunks
- 1 bag of mixed greens
