TheBottomline: " Let's Rent Ourselves Money"

TheBottomline: " Let's Rent Ourselves Money" | TheBottomlineNow | Scoop.it

Do you really know what a loan is?  It is the act of renting money.  To give a loan is to rent your money and for every month that loan is not paid back, it cost.  Now that seems like common sense right, ok then why is it that so manyof us are not aware this process.  They may be familiar with the terms but the process, naw son, folkes are a little short.  Why else would you think that using someones money for 30 years and you working and paying for 30 years on that money was a good idea.

You rent money to go to school  You rent money to live.  You rent money to have a home.  You rent money to cover your life mistakes. You rent money to start a business.  You rent money fo recreation.  You rent money to have a vehicle and some of us rent money to send their children to school.  In all of this renting money, when do you ever accumulate any money.  I want to start a new process.   Let's rent money to ourselves (I'm sure their's some banker sending a hitman for me now, I'll wait)

Now isn't that a novel idea.  Instead of renting money from everyone else I'll rent money to myself.  Here's what I'm gonna do.  Every day I'm gonna pay myself something( I don't care $20.00 just something).  When this fund reaches a certain level, I will then use it when I want something and I will pay myself back the money in the fund at 25cts on a dollar.  So if I take a $100.00 dollars out of my fund I will pay the fund back a $125.00 (along with still paying myself $20.00 dollars continuiously).  At $20.00 a day, 5 days a week =$100.00 and that equals $400.00 a month and at te end of the year that equals $4800.00 a year and after 5 years tat equals $24,000.  Not a bad nest egg to work with (some of us will take the $24,000.00 we've accumulated and we'll go give that to someone for the piviledge of them renting us some money to buy a contract on a home #ThinkAboutt).  Not great but better than nothing.  My point is this.  Instead of renting everyone's elses money rent your own and figure out way to make your own money grow.  This was only at $20.00 a day (a meal out for most).  But to accumulate those funds to have to pay off all the money you and your famiy situation has accumulated to money rentals with the idea of well I'll just make more money, is slow thinking (or in my world sideways hustling).  At the end of the day taxes, inflation and just life situations will just eat up your earnings.

Remember, the best investors are gambler who have identified and are able to continually execute and profit off a system that works (capitalize, capitalism, get it). So they know to wait and use their chips on a system that's in motion as opposed to building a system (entreprenuer, please be mindfull of what I just said.  It will save you from wasting a lot of time and money.  #RealTalk).
