If your employees are running your social media accounts, do you really own those accounts?
Last week I examined a battle between a blogger and his former employer about who owns a Twitter account. I didn't think it was shaping up to be a landmark case. And it looked like the former employer should have owned it.
As Kravitz says in our interview below, this was originally about money owed to him. In response Phonedog sued Kravitz over the twitter account @noahkravitz which was originally created by Kravitz as @phonedog_noah.
