In order to graduate from Air Force Basic Military Training (AFBMT), you must pass a physical fitness test. The test consists of a timed run, push-ups, and sit-ups.
My thoughts: I appreciate your article, i like how you split the Basic Training chart into different sections betweens male and females. I am a runner therefore I'm not to worry about the Running part. However Pulls up and push ups i am worried about. I know that i need to start lifting and help my upper body muscles stronger.
