Quantum physics can show that the apparent 'materiality' of the world is no more 'real' than a dream-image; that ‘consciousness’ is a vital element in understanding the true nature of reality.
The world that seems so solid and separate from you has been shown by quantum physics to be a trick of the senses.
A number of eminent physics professors have stated quite clearly that ‘matter’, ‘energy’ and ‘consciousness’ are the same thing.
Understanding the true nature of reality will completely change your view of who you think you are and what life really is.
Reality is far stranger than you can imagine.
Available as a paperback from Amazon and other online bookstores and as an e-book for Kindle, iPad, Nook, Kobo and most other tablets.
"In 1965, Martin Seligman conducted a series of experiments showing that dogs could be conditioned into accepting electric shocks, even when they were easily avoidable. This is the essence of learned helplessness, and like so many other findings, it is easily applicable to our own situation. Humans, too, can learn to accept the “shocks” of corrupt governments or economic catastrophes or TSA groping or the NDAA or online censorship…but just as people can learn helplessness, they can learn the exact opposite. Join us tonight on Corbett Report Radio as we explore the solutions to the learned helplessness conundrum."

The search for the Higgs boson continues.....
In this article the author discusses a few books on this topic, one of them called, 'The Infinity Puzzle', which "refers to efforts to rid quantum physics of 'unruly infinities' that crop up because the laws of quantum mechanics require physicists who are calculating how a particle will behave to consider an infinite number of possible scenarios. The Higgs mechanism played an important role in the development of a mathematical trick called 'renormalisation', which makes these sums manageable."
Whilst in physics infinite possibilities cannot be tolerated because they make the mathematicians uncomfortable, they can can be tolerated in contemplation of the nature of reality, because 'reality' itself is infinite.
Our experiences, however, are based on the 'probabilities' that we believe are possible.
The nature of nonlocality was proved by physicist Alain Aspect in 1982.
"Aspect and his team discovered that under certain circumstances subatomic particles such as electrons are able to instantaneously communicate with each other regardless of the distance separating them. It doesn’t matter whether they are 10 feet or 10 billion miles apart."
The idea of 'spooky action at a distance' always troubled Einstein because it violates the 'law' that no communication can travel faster than the speed of light.
However, David Bohm understood Aspect's findings to mean that objective reality does not have a solid and separate existence, but that the universe is a hologram.
Although the article suggests that these findings do not hold any meaning for your everyday existence, this is not true. Understanding the nature of reality has a far greater impact for you as you learn how you can literally change your everyday experiences.
"Scientists have picked up fragments of people's thoughts by decoding the brain activity caused by words that they hear."
Whilst this sounds exciting news, there is no evidence that 'consciousness' is an epiphenomenon of the brain.
There is evidence that people who have parts of their brain missing have been able to continue functioning quite normally.
The following extract is from http://www.rense.com/general63/brain.htm
"When Sheffield's campus doctor was treating one of the mathematics students for a minor ailment, he noticed that the student's head was a little larger than normal. The doctor referred the student to Professor Lorber for further examination.
This clearly suggests that the idea that specific areas of the brain perform specific tasks is unsubstantiated.
The article discusses a recent study that suggests that rats are capable of empathy.
This of course will be met with dismay by those who support animal testing on the basis that they are only 'dumb animals' that don't have any feelings.
The suggestion that rats have the ability to display empathy is referred to in surprise, because empathy is a trait that is supposed to be displayed only by 'higher' animals, primates and humans for example.
This is a redundant argument because there is no hierarchy in consciousness, only different expressions of consciousness.
Although this video is mainly about people coming to terms with the truth about 9/11, it is a very interesting explanation of how people can remain stuck in a belief system, despite being presented with overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Yet the nature of reality itself is very different from the way we have been taught.
It is important not to let a rigid belief system prevent you from understanding your true nature.
One of the greatest problems that arose from Quantum Mechanics was its interpretation, which led to the famous debates that raged between Einstein and Bohr.
There was also the well-known problem of 'Schrodinger's cat', did it live or did it die?
According to Hugh Everett III, though, there are many worlds in which all outcomes are experienced.
In our waking state of consciousness, however, we only experience one outcome.
Which outcome we experience and how we experience it depends on our thoughts and beliefs.
The debate about the completeness of Quantum Mechanics began because Einstein had problems with what he called 'spooky action at a distance', in other words, non-locality.
That led to what is famously called the EPR paper.
This page contains links to the original 1935 EPR paper, J S Bell's 1964 paper on the EPR paradox and the 1982 Aspect et al paper, for those who require a more scientific analysis.

Dream telepathy was investigated at the dream laboratory in Maimonides Medical Center in New York City.
The investigators were Dr Montague Ullman and Dr Stanley Krippner and this book explains their pioneering scientific experiments over the course of a 10-year period.
These experiments prove that dreams have significance and that there is an interconnectedness of consciousness between the waking state and the dream state.
Although many people have 'precognitive' dreams, some do not seem to come true, at least not in the waking state of consciousness.

TITLE: The Biology of Belief SUBTITLE: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter and Miracles AUTHOR: Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D.
"The Biology of Belief is a groundbreaking work in the field of New Biology.
Author Dr. Bruce Lipton is a former medical school professor and research scientist.
His experiments, and that of other leading edge scientists, have examined in great detail the processes by which cells receive information.
The implications of this research radically change our understanding of life.
It shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology; that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.
Dr. Lipton’s profoundly hopeful synthesis of the latest and best research in cell biology and quantum physics is being hailed as a major breakthrough showing that our bodies can be changed as we retrain our thinking."
We are not the victims of our genes!
"NaturalNews declares 2012 the year of consciousness..."
In this article Mike Adams makes a good point about the age-old doctrine of divide and conquer. But when we realise that we are all connected, then we cannot be divided and we cannot be conquered. That is liberating.
It is always difficult to talk of 'unitive consciousness', because as well as there being no 'I', there is also no 'we'; there is 'consciousness'.
It is our language that creates the illusion of separateness that is a function of how we experience the waking state of consciousness.
However, without wishing to make a point of disagreeing with the author, consciousness does not 'enter' the plant nor the fetus.
Consciousness is not exclusive to what are regarded as animate beings, but that does not mean that inanimate objects 'have' consciousness, that is a misunderstanding of consciousness.
Consciousness is primary, everything exists in consciousness.

"On tonight’s broadcast James explores the question of freedom versus slavery. The signs of the police state control grid are everywhere, but does this mean we are already enslaved? If so, then what does it mean to be free? What if freedom was nothing more than a choice that we make each and every day to assert our cognitive independence?"
This broadcast provides a good example of the important role played by your thoughts as they affect the reality you experience.
If you accept the limited information you are 'fed' by the mainstream as the 'way things are', then you will be severely limiting your experiences.
If, however, you truly believe in the concept of freedom, you really can 'free your mind' and take back responsibility for your own life and experiences.
"In the award-winning documentary Children Full of Life, a fourth-grade class in a primary school in Kanazawa, northwest of Tokyo, learn lessons about compassion from their homeroom teacher, Toshiro Kanamori. He instructs each to write their true inner feelings in a letter, and read it aloud in front of the class. By sharing their lives, the children begin to realize the importance of caring for their classmates."
Please watch and share this video.
We can all learn from these lessons about the importance of communication, compassion, understanding and love.
An inspiration!
Understanding the nature of 'intuition' in the context of this article will assist an understanding of the 'probabilities' that you can choose to experience in your 'waking state of consciousness'.
Intuition is that 'part' of you that is connected to 'Consciousness', not just personal consciousness. That is why those who also trust their intuition have different experiences from those who only trust their intellect.
As we say in our book, "Although experience seems to indicate that 'time' started somewhere in the distant 'past' and continues relentlessly through the 'present' and into the 'future', this experience can be shown by quantum physics to be illusory. It can be shown that past, present and future exist simultaneously; incredible as this may sound, it means you can learn to manipulate 'time'."
"It is always from the present moment that you choose what direction you will take and which probabilities you will use in your waking state of consciousness."
Therefore it is true to say that 'the future is not fixed'.
As you change your thoughts and beliefs in the present moment, your 'future' experiences can be altered in line with your new 'beliefs'.
This is truly liberating! Via Sepp Hasslberger
There is one important lesson we must learn and it is simply this: "Fear is a great motivator". If you can get people to live in fear then you can sell them any damn thing that you want. And so the whole idea is that when we run out of one fear that has been pushing people in one direction, the organizations, the industries that are behind all this media and behind selling us all their products and ideas will come up with another fear, no matter which one it is.
Fear will also keep people feeling like they are a victim of their circumstances.
By understanding the nature of reality, you realise that you do not have to remain a victim because you can change your circumstances.
You do not have to live in fear. That is a truly liberating idea!
Via Sepp Hasslberger, Dawn Lester
(PhysOrg.com) -- During the past few years, CERN physicist Dragan Hajdukovic has been investigating what he thinks may be a widely overlooked part of the cosmos: the quantum vacuum.
He suggests that the quantum vacuum has a gravitational charge stemming from the gravitational repulsion of virtual particles and antiparticles.
Previously, he has theoretically shown that this repulsive gravity can explain several observations, including effects usually attributed to dark matter.
Additionally, this additional gravity suggests that we live in a cyclic Universe (with no Big Bang) and may provide insight into the nature of black holes and an estimate of the neutrino mass. In his most recent paper, published in Astrophysics and Space Science, he shows that the quantum vacuum could explain one more observation: the Universe’s accelerating expansion, without the need for dark energy. Via Sepp Hasslberger
"Quantum physics suggests that, at the atomic level, the act of observation affects the reality that is observed. In medicine, a person’s state of mind can have significant effects on the body’s ability to heal itself. And as neurophysiologists deepen their understanding of brain function questions about the nature of consciousness naturally raise their head."
Consciousness is an anomaly that science struggles to explain, but that is because it is trying to explain it in the terms of a 'physical' phenomenon, which it is not. Consciousness is also more than merely 'awareness' of physical reality.
Consciousness does not arise from matter, consciousness is the ground of all being and is therefore primary.
As the article suggests, it is time for a 'paradigm shift' in order to regard 'Consciousness' from a different perspective, which will provide for a better understanding of the nature of reality.
When we allow ourselves to be made fearful, our freedom is taken away.
By learning to live without fear, we can become free!
DavidIcke.com - David Icke Live at Brixton Academy 2006 Trailer. "David Icke's amazing research is combined and presented in a coherent, logical and factual way."
David Icke shows his understanding of the nature of reality when he says:
"We have to change the way we perceive ourselves and reality."
"This world is just a reflection of what goes on in your head."
Therefore to change your experience of the world you must change the way you think.
You do not have to be a 'victim' of circumstances who is under the control of 'others'.
You can be free.
"Eminent physicist John Wheeler says he has only enough time left to work on one idea: that human consciousness shapes not only the present but the past as well."
An interview that took place in 2002 with John Archibald Wheeler (1911-2008)
He was a colleague of Albert Einstein and Niels Bohr and had many students, one of the most famous being Richard Feynman.
The famous double-slit experiement is explained here showing that 'the outcome of the experiment depends on what the physicists try to measure..."
"For the past two decades, though, he has pursued a far more provocative idea for an idea, something he calls genesis by observership. Our observations, he suggests, might actually contribute to the creation of physical reality. To Wheeler we are not simply bystanders on a cosmic stage; we are shapers and creators living in a participatory universe."
Hence the article title 'Does The Universe Exist If We Are Not Looking?'
"Official site and blog of Dr. Amit Goswami, Ph.D."
Dr. Amit Goswami states that 'consciousness is the ground of all being'.
He also clearly shows that 'materialist science isn't the whole picture'.
Quantum physics has taken science into a whole new realm that include the tenets of non-locality and discontinuity.
Non-locality provides evidence that time and space are not fundamental and that everything is interconnected
Discontinuity provides the evidence behind 'spontaneous' change, for example a miraculous healing that cannot be explained by normal processes.

"Esoteric & spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words & thought."
Thankfully there are some researchers around the world who take the holistic view rather than the mechanistic and compartmentalised view of the human body.
The human body is a complex and self-regulating organism.
This article shows that our thoughts can play a significant role in our health.
More proof that we are not victims of our genes!
