This Arabic Morphological Dictionary contains 7,912,551 entries, including: <br>- 6,247,291 nouns, <br>- 1,537,499 verbs, <br>- 127,563 adjectives, <br>- 198 grammatical words. <br>The dictionary is stored on 1 CD or with an access by ftp. All files are provided as plain text in UTF8 character encoding, which represents about 154 Mb of data. <br>The dictionary formalism respects the following notation (notation from the GRACE project, which is based on French lexical description standards produced in the MULTEXT and EAGLES projects): <br>base form :: inflected/derivational form + description <br>sample of verb : طلّب <br>تطلّبين::طلّب+Vmip2sf <br>description: <br>Vm = modal Verb <br>i = indicative form <br>p = present tense <br>2 = second person <br>s = singular <br>f = feminine <br>This Arabic Morphological Dictionary has already been used in a semantic search engine.
