Growth hacking also means you're looking for an intrinsic product or service experience that will both bring people back AND make them want their friends, colleagues, and/or family to join in as well.  That's the difference between marketing and growth hacking -- all this other stuff is also part of marketing.  

 

Just to clarify -- growth hacking requires a product change just to encourage growth. Everything else is sales, marketing, or business development -- relentless in the case of creating lift off...
