Online gambling operator Betsson AB has joined the mobile social games sector after partnering with OneUp Games LLC to launch MyFootball Connect.

OneUp Games is a Florida social sports games developer and its MyFootball Connect app is a bingo-style title that lets players compete against friends and family during live soccer matches.

Over a year ago Facebook  announced a business relationship with Gamsys, a UK based Internet gambling game developer and operator. They decided to pull the plug on the actual implementation until after the Facebook IPO. They were not interested in spooking the SEC probity effort potentially delaying the IPO or perhaps even putting it into question.

Zynga on Tuesday announced it is launching two-real money games in the UK on April 3rd: ZyngaPlusPoker and ZyngaPlusCasino. Since these are both gambling games, only residents 18-years-old and up will be able to play them.
