Robyn Rishani – Passionate EDUCATOR, vibrant SPEAKER and the CREATOR and FOUNDER of “Your Kids Online“, is one of Australia’s Leading Cyber Safety Experts in what she calls The Cyber Playground.
The Cyber Playground is the online world in which your children interact, and its hold on your children is ever increasing.
Are you a parent who wants to ensure your child “knows the road rules before getting into the car”?Are your children using all the latest technology but falling short in understanding the ramifications of their online actions? Do you worry about the increasing time they spend playing games, chatting or texting? Are you falling short in your understanding of the cyber playground and how your kids engage in it?
Most children have no concept of how their online actions affect their offline world!
As parents you are terrified that your child will be victim to cyber bullying, a bad reputation or a sexting scandal.
What YOU want, is to know what your children are doing on the internet via phone, iPad’s, laptops and apps!
Your children need guidance from you on how to conduct themselves safely and ethically online!

What you will learn:

The Cyber Playground vs. the Physical Playground – be a digital parent with what you already know!
The online way of existing through Online Identities called Avatars – the good and bad (pedophiles)
Live - I'll show you what kids do online!
Cyber Bullying – how they do it and what to do if your child is a target.
Sexting - teens taking nude photos of themselves and sending them to others - Find out what you need to know
Social Media - Apps and websites - what they do, who uses them, and how to set privacy settings, webcam chatting to anyone and everyone.
How Digital Footprints works and how your childs reputation is affected
Video games - why are they so drawn to them and what to do!
Building resilience to cyber bulling
How to take back control and set the boundaries for your child - I'll give you the tools.
How to engage in your child's online world and enjoy it!
You bring any questions you have and I'll answer them.

An opportunity not to be missed!

"Wow what a wonderful workshop - more people and parents need to become informed. THANK YOU! Your message is very positive. OUTSTANDING!" - M Burrows | Lesmurdie

"Robyn, thank you so much for visiting our school to educate us all on the ‘minefield’ which is the internet. I am so glad that both parents and students got to hear you speak Your knowledge and passion for educating about the cyber playground is second to none and even though I don’t ‘get’ the passion – I certainly now ‘get’ what I need to know and do as a responsible parent. My two boys came home buzzing after their seminar – one with countless stories you had shared with them and the other with the utmost respect for a woman who not only knew what an Alienware computer was – but actually owned one !! I love the fact that they can relate to you and even more so that you have opened up a channel of support to them if they ever needed it. Thankyou again, I would without hesitation, highly recommend you to any organisation." Michelle Varley - President P&F | Irene McCormack Catholic College
"Very informative, put the internet back in perspective for me. I would like every child to attend one of Robyn's sessions including my 7 year old." S Clements | Parent
