Buffet's Startup Tips Are so important I created a @HaikuDeck for his tips and for implied startup tips such as:

* Multiple Money - don't depend on one income source.

* Spending - buying things you don't need means selling stuff you do...eventually.

* Savings - Save then spend not the other way around.

* Investment - Never put all eggs in one basket no matter how beautiful the egg.
* Honesty - Honesty and character and lack of it are expensive and amplifed by money so don't expect from "cheap people".

As a business owner, your biggest problem when it comes to e-mail, is probably  the limiting beliefs you have developed over time about what is proper and improper in an age of electronic communication.

A cluttered inbox, is a clear sign that all is not well in the relationship between the owner and  how they view e-mail as a communication tool, and their effectiveness in managing an growing inbox.

This excellent article, suggest that psychology is at play in most instances of cluttered inboxes, and it identifies five misguided beliefs that cause problems and then outlines six habits that business owners should adopt to enable them to do their best work.

I'm often being asked "how do I learn to think more strategically?'. Some great tips in this article.

donhornsby's curator insight, April 30, 2014 6:32 PM
(This one is a gem) 7.  Set aside time for forward thinking

My never-ending daily task list can distract me from putting focus on forward thinking. I know I need to dedicate at least one day each month to planning ahead. By simply scheduling this personal appointment for yourself, you’ll be impressed with how many new ideas you can create. Try setting up time during this specified day to meet with your team or others outside of your team to brainstorm even greater ideas for both the short and long-term.

Out of all these Tips I think the last one is the most important.

Set aside Time for Forward Thinking

This is often the biggest challenge people have, finding time to break out of the routine, be innovative, creative and forward thinking.
