Worksheets in iBook | ipadders.eu

Worksheets in iBook | ipadders.eu | The Classroom iPad Library | Scoop.it

On a typical paper worksheets a question would normally look something like this: What are the different figurative language techniques used in in this text.”
______________________________________________________________
The lines on the paper gives students the space to write their answers. Unfortunately, iBooks Author only allows you to put in multiple choice questions. The iBookWidgets app does allow you to put in text questions but they’re not always aesthetically pleasing and can be a time consuming process.
An easier option is to write the question in your iBook and let students type their answers in a note like below.
An added bonus is that all notes are automatically saved to the “My Notes” part of the iBook.

Technology Integration Matrix to Help Enhance Student Learning

Technology Integration Matrix to Help Enhance Student Learning | The Classroom iPad Library | Scoop.it

"The Technology Integration Matrix (TIM) illustrates how teachers can use technology to enhance learning for K-12 students. The TIM incorporates five interdependent characteristics of meaningful learning environments: active, constructive, goal directed (i.e., reflective), authentic, and collaborative (Jonassen, Howland, Moore, & Marra, 2003). The TIM associates five levels of technology integration (i.e., entry, adoption, adaptation, infusion, and transformation) with each of the five characteristics of meaningful learning environments. Together, the five levels of technology integration and the five characteristics of meaningful learning environments create a matrix of 25 cells..."
