Building a culture of accountability

Building a culture of accountability | the Change Samurai | Scoop.it
Lately, I have spent a great deal of time thinking about the importance of accountability and leadership. Susanna Lavialle's curator insight, March 22, 8:46 AM

Good article. Relying on the organizational hierarchy / leadership dimension - and obedience in general to what is said or written by "the management" - is much more marked in some cultured than others.

You really need to understand your stakeholders - what (and especially who) influences, inspires and motivates them...

Also : Agree the first small steps toward the goal are significant -

celebrating event the smallest of early successes, recognising the quick adapters - and thanking the people for their efforts - can be very powerful. In the end we are all just human beings and like to be treated with respect - and given the needed time, attention and support.
