It all started when Charlie's mom read about Dogs getting false eyelashes. It just wasn't the type of thing you see every day. After she investigated it, she found that it's a big rave in China and Japan. So guess what? She decided it was time to add some Glamour to our Dogs. . .Hollywood Style.
