A 22-year-old flight attendant from Fort Lauderdale has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a Connecticut boy 156 times.
Airport police in Florida arrested Rafael Padilla-Cruz, who was to be extradited, according to court documents.
Police in Bridgeport arrested Padilla-Cruz on Oct. 23 and he has been charged with 156 counts of sexual assault in the first degree. The victim is now 15, according to police.
The Connecticut Post reports that Padilla-Cruz was living with the boy’s family and is accused of sexually assaulting him almost every day between 2007 and 2008 and then telling the boy that something would happen to his mother if he complained...
