The European Court of Human Rights has declared that the copyright monopoly stands in direct conflict with fundamental Human Rights, as defined in the European Union and elsewhere.

*OK: Not only that Copyright does not protect Creation nor Creators but the Spurious Interests of certain Corporations, now it's clearly declared that its enforcement is a 'Violation of Human Rights...

- Copyright... as The Right to Access Culture Must Be Rethought.
