Parfois nous voyons que ce n'est pas les aliments eux meme qui sont dangereux mais les produits toxiques que l'on utilise pour la culture de ces produits ou en pisciculture,et meme dans l'elevage avec par exemple l'utilisation d'antibiotique ou d'hormone . Donc la "traçabilité"

doit etre ce que chacun doit avoir à l'esprit pour une bonne santé  et un intestin presévé de toute attaque exterieure contre son propre Microbiote.

New study finds that yoga can benefit aging brainsThe recent University of Illinois study involved 108 adults between the ages of 55 and 79, of whom 61 attended hatha yoga classes. The other volunteers met for the same number and length of sessions, but they engaged in stretching and toning exercises instead of yoga. At the end of the eight weeks, the yoga group was speedier and more accurate on tests of information recall, mental flexibility and task-switching than it had been before the intervention. In contrast, the stretching-and-toning group saw no significant change in cognitive performance over time.

Many doctors do not investigate for metabolic or nutritional deficiencies that may be the ‘real problem’ for your depression. Patients have no idea why they feel so awful or where to start looking for the answer. They expect their doctor to give them real solutions. Instead they get drugs as the easy fix. Drugs are not an easy fix because of the serious side effects that come with taking them.
