Thanks to Rhizomes at the New Museum (http://rhizome.org/ ;), I've just discovered a site that includes Marker's Immemory CD-Rom (which I own for a Windows98 DVD platform and despaired of ever being able to see again since nothing since then seems to play it!). There's lots more on this site. Particularly moving today are posts of visits to his Second Life island.

I assume there'll be more soon about tributes and memorials there as well as in Paris. As sad as I am at Marker's death, I'm nonetheless glad to have a look at a number of mythical films such as Junktopia, which is his film about Emeryville (near Berkeley, California)
