With few brass groups in the area, Stephen Wallace saw the need for a brass quintet, and as a professional musician, he wanted to share the experience of that music with others. Together with four other musicians, Wallace organized Craggy Top Brass Quintet, which will perform at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Blount County Public Library.
