In a time when nearly 40% of all employees are mobile, based on the 2012 Runzheimer Total Employee Mobility Benchmarking Survey, the decision from Yahoo to require all employees to report to the office is a bold move. Yahoo CEO Marrissa Mayer values the connection colleagues make when face-to-face; however, others argue that employees who work from home are more productive and work longer hours.
