David Deubelbeiss of English Central and EFL Classroom 2.0 recommends this quiz maker, saying it has the "most potential of any Youtube quiz maker. It has an attractive interface, is well laid out and designed and the library is very accessible. One downside - it doesn't allow you to edit the quiz after you've produced it (usually the case with just launched sites). I'm sure they'll work things out"
Many of my undergraduate EFL students are big fans of English Central, so there is certainly an interest in video-based quizzes as an entertaining form of self-study.

Some of you may be working in a technology-rich environment where you have interactive whiteboards and students have access to the internet in the classroom, or a computer lab that you can take students to. Some of you may only have a single computer in your classroom or, perhaps, like the majority of schools around the world, you may have no computer access in school at all. This resources is extremely valuable for educators when teaching digital technologies. It allows students to learn how to design and implement visual programs, use a range of digital systems and use safe online communications (ACARA, 2013). It provides many explanations surrounding many available digital technologies for the classroom which is titled 'Tech Tools for Teachers' and would allow educators to effectively implement digital technologies into their planning.

Good article but I've virtually abandoned the use of multiple notebooks un favour of tagging- and these tags can be as complicated or specialised as you like, eg teaching writing, teaching by topic, teaching grammar, teaching past tense, etc. Delete the scoop?

This is an amazing collaborative whiteboard where multiple users can edit a multimedia board in real time. The site allows you to signup and sign in using a Google account and you can access and add your files and media on your Google Docs/Drive area making this a fabulous companion to schools using Google Apps for education. You can write by typing or you can write in 'freehand' so you can use your interactive whiteboard to write and archive the lesson to use or refer to later. Via ICTmagic
