Learning English Online : Freiburg University of Education

Learning English Online : Freiburg University of Education | TELT | Scoop.it

This new English language learning portal has been developed by a team at the Pädagogische Hochschule of Freiburg as a complement to the state of Baden-Würtemburg's school programmes (level A1-A2; there is also a German version of the site).

 

It offers a traditional language course (based on the imaginary family so beloved of school textbooks), then additional sections on the four language skills and  language areas (vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation), some cultural options plus two extra sections called "magazine" and "videos" with links to external websites like the BBC.

 

A lot of different sections and links to explore, and more material to come.  I'd be interested to hear opinions ...
