The Cambridge English Teacher website (Cambridge University Press) has some free resources for teachers alongside its commercial options (courses, webinars, journal).

 

Ozge Karaoglu Ergen cites some digital storytelling sites (Storybird, Animoto).  Pete Sharma has a short piece on blended learning.

 

You do have to sign up and the resources are in PDF format, so it's not particularly user-friendly.  Also, older resources (over 3 months) are locked for full (paying) members.
