Une interview intéressante de Jérôme Toucheboeuf, DG de Médiapost. Il réaffirme la complémentarité du print et du digital. Pour que la relation client soit pertinente et qualitative, il matérialise l’apport de la data. 2 enjeux majeurs sont mis en évidence : la nécessité de « raffiner » la donnée pour lui conférer l’intelligence qui alimentera des interactions clients plus efficaces ; et la qualité du « délivery », c’est à dire la pertinence de l’utilisation de cette données intelligente au profit de messages touchant les bonnes personnes, au bon endroit, au bon moment. Le VRM (Vendor Relationship Management) va peu à peu prendre la place du CRM (Customer Relationship Management) au travers d’une prise de pouvoir du consommateur qui disposera de moyens lui permettant de mieux exprimer ses souhaits en matière d’offres commerciales. L’optimisation des algorithmes utilisés dans le cadre de cette gestion relationnelle sera un objectif majeur des années à venir afin de générer les clés d’optimisation des investissements autant que celles de la pression relationnelle.
