ICT in Practice Festival of Learning with Technology in collobaration with the WOWZone will take place on Saturday 10th of October at the WOWZone. We want you to have fun, make things, break things, re-make them, then break them again! Basically just explore the world of learning with technology through play. This event will also mark the start of CodeWeek EU in the UK. We will have amazing people running hands-on workshops for children, parents and teachers. Come along and have fun! From making your own robots to creating animations, there is something for everyone. You get not one, but four workshops in one day! Try telling someone the best thing you read all year was a children’s comic book called The Secret Science Alliance and The Copycat Crook and watch how quickly you become telepathic. In the twenty or so times I’ve mentioned this to people since 2009, I swear, I can actually hear, “who’s this ding-a-ling” pulsating out of their brain.
