I don't care if the UK minister downplays this accident between a drone and a passenger aircraft. This is serious stuff...a group of fanatics, religious zealots, or hard-core terrorists could easily adapt a common drone for a deadly purpose.  This is not a joke.

Much ado about nothing.  Government agencies will get the data they need, lawsuits or not.  Just mention national security and connect some digital users to terrorism and you have a way in for government monitoring of nearly everything.  Recently, the FBI announced they didn't need Apple's approval to get data from a suspected terrorist's cell phone.  Agents were able to figure out a way to get into the dead suspect's phone records without the need of Apple approval.  Security will trump personal liberty and privacy.  Privacy is essentially a dead issue now.  This is the new reality of our digital age.  Aloha, Russ.
