What sets most successful companies apart from others is having a healthy workplace culture and this includes having a sound work-life balance. Some organizations will outsource this will outsource a survey to a third party like for example checking out on "Good Place to Work" scores. However, it would be a good idea for team leaders to prepare a ready reckoner, a checklist to see if they have allowed for opportunities for healthy debates, or if they have ensured accessibility to employees. Celebrating success and acknowledging accomplishment, and coaching would be team leaders will go a long way in ensuring that the company maintains a healthy workplace culture!
