re Teacherkit - it was advised to us to use it and we used it for about 2 to 3 weeks as a whole staff. Following lost of data and keyboard not working - a lot of freezes - we contacted Teacherkit to see if there was some bug. We got no reply to email, tweets... We finally got a reply via twitter when someone recommended Teacherkit and I said I had reservation. At that stage we had moved to Idoceo (paid app) but if you have a question, you get an answer within 24 hours . Teacherkit asked if I culd be skyped etc... at that stage it was too late. Last week, 4 weeks later, I got an email saying they had got my email about my problems and it has been logged and they will be in touch. I d rather they had a pay version so that the bugs could be fixed quicker.
