The purpose of this paper, then, is to show educators how they can begin putting Flickr to immediate use with their students. I will list some practical, and enjoyable activities that teachers can have their students carry out using Flickr and their computers and/or cell phones - both inside and outside of the classroom - to share their photos, write about other photos, and carry out simple conversation with people in different countries.
