G+ is catching up big time for many reasons. Among these reasons is the Hangout integration.
We just facilitated a remote 1.5 day leadership development session with Hangouts and it was fantastic.
Google is sticking to their strategy and their value is starting to win people over. I was never a fan and, through valuable features, I am changing my perspective on the suite of offerings.

Though I do not have a Twitter, I find this very interesting. I think that if teachers did end up using this the kids who do have a twitter would get more involved in the assignment, but I'm not sure what they'd do with the kids like me would do during this lesson. Overall, I think this is a really cool and unique idea that could probably done with other social networking sites aswell. Delete the scoop?

I think that this is such a great visual for my generation. It is so representative of how we rely, and use technology to demonstrate common core values in the classroom. This is great but it also could be our achilles heel, we need to apeal to all types of learners and visual is just one, there are so many more type that must be catered to so that we can be affective. We want Twitter to be a safe and open community. This help page provides some information and tips to help you practice safe Tweeting and keep your account secure.
Here are some basics:
- Use a strong password.
- Watch out for suspicious links, and always make sure you’re on Twitter.com before you enter your login information.
- Don't give your username and password out to untrusted third-parties, especially those promising to get you followers or make you money.
- Make sure your computer and operating system is up-to-date with the most recent patches, upgrades, and anti-virus software.

Panda Security signed a collaboration agreement with Facebook to protect users. Facebook users will be able to download a free 6-month version of Panda Internet Security 2013 from the AV Marketplace.
